The relationship between management abilities of Chinese enterprises and the competition of enterprises has become the main content of the current academic research. The evaluation of enterprise management ability is the test formed during the period when the enterprises create knowledge, acquire knowledge, and use the knowledge, and it is the cognition of an enterprise management level. In general, the evaluation of enterprise management ability can not only improve the knowledge management platform, but further accelerate the pace of knowledge innovation, being the main tool of Chinese enterprise management. From the present state of the enterprise management ability in China, we can see that its development is not optimistic. Therefore, we should evaluate comprehensively the Chinese enterprise management from the perspective of hesitation language information and to a certain extent, improve the development of China enterprise management ability, leading Chinese enterprises in the development of management into the new road.
