Estimation of antihypertensive activity of 2-aryl-imino-imidazolidines using szeged index

摘要

An approach using recently introduced the Szeged index (Sz) for the characterisation of antihydpertensive activity of 2-aryl-imino-imidazolidines is outlined. A comparison is made with the results obtained from the Wiener index (W). Multiple regression analyses have shown that in this respect the Szeged index is better than the Wiener index.
