摘要

The effect of conformation changed Hen Egg-White Lysozyme with concentration of 0.1 %, pH 6.8 in a potassium-phosphate buffer on the polyphenols content in seeds of soybean variety Korada having practical application as active oxygen species (AOS) scavenger antioxidants was studied.The obtained results showed increased content of polyphenols that can be considered as a breeding marker related to the antioxidant activity of seeds. There was an increase in yield and stem height.The activity of the enzymes from the cycle of hydrogen (H2) oxidation (nitroge-nase-hydrogenase) that generate necessary energy (ATP) to split the triple bond (N2) and its reduction to NH3 was determined.Increased efficiency of nitrogen fixation, decrease of energy losses during release of hydrogen (H2) and data on ECA were found. As a result the nitrogen fixation process became stronger.
