A Pt~(III)_2Si_2 Four-Membered Cycle and a Dinuclear Platinum Complex Bridged by a Cyclodisiloxane Ring

摘要

Thermolysis of an equilibrium mixture of{1,2-C_6H_4-(SiMe_2)(SiH_2)}Pt(dmpe) (3;dmpe=1,2-bis(dimethylphosphi-no)ethane) and its dimer 4 afforded a novel dinuclear complex consisting of a Pt_2Si_2 four-membered cycle with formal Pt~(III) centers as well as a small amount of an unexpected dinuclear Pt~(II) complex bridged by a cyclodisiloxane ring.
