摘要

This paper justifies the application and advantages of solenoid valves. As a subspecies a type of valve was presented where a steppermotor actuates the valve spool. It was demonstrated that the direct spool positioning in the open loop without position feed-back is advantageously possible. With this new combination of valveactuation and proportional control it has turned out possible to generate a cost-effective proportional solenoid valve, which has proven to be superior to common solenoid valves in terms of stiffness, stability and fine positioning.
