Morgan Stanley projects flat 2011 E&P capex

With one-third of its coverage universe reporting, Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. is projecting 2011 capex for E&Ps to be largely flat. Morgan Stanley analyst Stephen Richardson says the coverage universe is expected to increase by less than 1%.
