摘要

Deoxynivalenol (DON) and zearalenone (ZEA) contents were determined in kernel and cob fractions of maize ears inoculated with Fusarium graminearum. The concentration of DON was manifold of that of ZEA, and the concentration of both toxins was higher in cobs than that in the kernel fraction. There were positive and significant correlations between the toxins within and across fractions except that of ZEA in cobs with both toxins in kernel.
