The cooperation of Non-Ferrous Metals Institutewith non-ferrous metall working plants, in the range of themodernization of metallurgical product fabrication technology,were presented on several examples. The R & D problemsconcern mainly production of sheets, strips, extruded anddrawn products made from copper, copper alloys and zincalloys. The problems connected with fabrication of noblemetals products and layer materials were also included.
