摘要

An effect of the external compressive stresses on magnetic properties of the Fe73.5Nb3Cu1Si13.5B9 alloy in the amorphous and nanocrystalline states was investigated. The tests were made using a new method of subjecting toroidal cores to the uniform and compressive stresses perpendicularly to the magnetizing field. The results obtained showed that outer stresses have significant effect on the magnetic properties of amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys and, therefore, they should he taken into account both by designers and users of the inductive components.
