Rubber Skill Development Council (RSDC) is focusing on skills development for the rubber sector across the country to align industry manpower needs with the skilling initiatives and improve the employability of the working population including school drop-outs, semi-skilled and un-skilled workers. In this endeavor to share best practices and to find a best possible solution to bridge the gaps between the skills availability and skills required, RSDC will be organizing Rubber Skills Meet, across India. The first meet under the banner of Rubber Skills Meet 2014, held at Ludhianaon Feb 26, 2014.
