The Metinvest holding's Khart-syzsk Pipe Mill from Ukraine's Donetsk region saw production of large-diameter pipes plummet 80.2 percent year-on-year in January-March to 36,142 tonnes, the company said in a press release on April 3. This included 20,574 tonnes of pipes with anti-corrosive, up 88 percent . Pipe production in March came to 11,741 tonnes, or 36.6 percent less than in February.
