摘要

It is shown that through application of thermocycling of a substrate, it is possible to fabricate dense coatings in the course of thermal decomposition of metal carbonyls even on a highly developed surface, for example, on the surface of articles produced by methods of powder metallurgy. The parameters of the process, optimization of which ensures a sufficiently high yield of metal in the coating of up to 90 percent, are determined. It is shown that a coating is formed not only on the outer surface of the article, but also on the interior surface of macrodefects in the substrate.
