摘要

The influence of technological deformation conditions on the plastic flow of metal in screw rolling is investigated analytically on the basis of the physical strain fields of the macrostructure. The dependence of shear-process development on the deformational and rate factors in rolling is determined. The mechanism by which the deformational characteristics influence the formation of the stress-strain state in the ingot is indicated.
