Classic ocular toxoplasmosis affects the inner retinal layer with marked vitreous reaction. Doft and Gass reported a subset of cases of ocular toxoplasmosis characterized by multiple gray white lesions at the level of the deep retina with little or no vitreous involvement. They termed this condition as "punctate outer retinal toxoplasmosis." To the best of our knowledge, cases complicated by choroidal neovascu-larization (CNV) have not been previously reported. We report a case of punctate outer retinal toxoplasmosis with multiple CNVs.
