A new all-in one system for convenience stores heats, cools, refrigerates - and saves energy: Daikin launches one-stop package for cooling and heating shops

Daikin claims that it's new Conveni-pack system has reduced noise levels, running costs, CO{sub}2 emissions and freed up additional retailing space at T&S Stores, One Stop convenience store at Carlton in Lindrick, Nottinghamshire. The installation, the first of its kind in Europe, and carried out by Cold Service of Ringwood, Hampshire, runs all the store's refrigeration, air conditioning and heating from a single system. On colder days, it uses waste heat from shop refrigeration to heat the store.
