Certification, normally used as a noun to denote the result of meeting a set of standards, can be "verbed" by adding "-ize." The resulting term can be defined as the act of tailoring a process to meet the specific needs of certification. Do not try Googling the term—Googling is another example of verbing—because you will not find it.
