Multi- Operation Profile Machining Center

An extrusion profile machining center manufactured by handtmann CNC Technologies, Buffalo Grove, Illinois, performs six-sided, all-in-one machining from bar stock. The PBZ NT machining center is characterized by narrow manufacturing tolerances and optimal repeating accuracy. Also called the one-man factory, the flexibility of the machine and the universality of its software make it suitable for a variety of applications. The machining center can handle all kinds of profiles up to a cross section of 400 X 300mm and bar lengths of up to 10 meters. Its specially designed jaws ensure clamping of even the most complex shapes. However a profile is shaped, it undergoes all-in-one milling, drilling, and threading, followed by sawing with a choice of longitudinal, mitre, or shifter cuts.
