If it weren't for "a beer in a pub" and "a mate with a bach", Waiheke Island ~ landscaper Grant Dunn might still be building houses instead of gardens. "I've been landscaping for fifteen years but before that I was a builder. I went overseas for a couple of years and when I came back I met up in a pub with a mate who was a landscaper. The industry was just starting to take off and he had more work than he could handle so he asked if I wanted to help."
