Health secretary Andrew Lansley will address thousands of nurses at RCN congress next month, a year after he was criticised for refusing to speak in the main hall.Last year's congress was held in the midst of heightened concern over Mr Lansley's plans to reform the health service.He was accused of not being interested in the nurses' views when he chose to speak to an invited audience of 57 members in a private room, rather than face questions in the main conference hall.
