Two days after suspending trading in the shares of Idaho-based Alternate Energy Holdings (AEHI), the US Securities and Exchange Commission charged the "self-described" nuclear power developer with fraudulently raising funds to build a nuclear power plant in Idaho and sought an emergency order to freeze the assets of the company and two of its senior executives.
