So far, the fight over hydraulic fracturing has been limited to political posturing in state capitals and on Capitol Hill, but that has changed and the battle will soon shift to two courtrooms in Pennsylvania.The fight pits about 15 families in Dimrock Township, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, against Houston-based Cabot Oil & Gas with a suit filed in Scranton. The fight is being waged over fracturing and the chemicals used to open up the Marcellus Shale.
