Gazprom Neft, Shell To Expand Cooperation

Gazprom Neft, Russia's fifth-largest crude oil producer, and Royal Dutch Shell have agreed to expand coopera- tion in upstream and downstream projects in Russia and elsewhere. Gazprom Neft head Alexander Dyukov and his Shell counterpart Peter Voser signed a framework cooperation agreement during the St. Petersburg Economic Forum late last week.
