Once again, in his paper, "Some Results on Inverse Scattering" Ramm claims thatin the quantum scattering inverse problem at fixed energy (IPFE), the matrixmethods are "fundamentally wrong," in particular the so called "Newton—Sabatiermethod" (NS), and promotes his own method!
