BLENDER'S CREDIT, STRONGER DOLLAR BOOST NESTE'S BIOFUEL RESULTS

State-controlled oil refiner and biofu-els producer Neste reported a record operating profit from its Renewable Products division for Oct/Dec 2015 which came on the back of strong volumes sold. Comparable operating profit almost increased to EUR231 mln from EUR142 mln. Revenue rose to EUR711 mln from EUR575 mln. Neste produces NEXBTL, a diesel substitute made from hydrotreated vegetable oils, at several large plants in Finland, the Netherlands and Singapore.
