JULY 2009 ETHANOL EXPORTS REACH 8-MONTH HIGH

Ethanol exports in July 2009 were 487.3 mln litres, an 8-month high, and up 16% on June registrations but down 19.1% in comparison with the same month in 2008, data from the Foreign Trade Agency showed. May/Jul 2009 denatured alcohol exports fell to 0.2 mln litres from 20.2 mln one year earlier.
