The EU's trade package with Pakistan, including a duty-free ethanol import quota, will likely be delayed by six months. It was originally to be implemented on January 1, 2011. However, India and Bangladesh moved to block the package. India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka fear the advantageous market access for Pakistan will affect their own exports.
