摘要

This letter presents a developed ultrawideband bandpass filter with reconfigurable notches to suppress the interference from wireless local area network services. The filter with discrete tuning provision is built in microstrip line that consists of ring resonator, interdigital coupling, and embedded open stubs (EOS). The reconfiguration is realized using a pair of fast switching diodes that are placed between EOS and strip line. The filter provides an excellent wide bandwidth (from 1.8 to 7.8 GHz) and rejection performance of -41 dB at 2.6 GHz and -24 dB at 5.3 GHz. The total size of the developed filter with the above features is 39.2×6 mm~2.
