The buildings that make up the new Coweta County Fairgrounds and Conference Center are simple yet elegant. Among the materials used for their construction was metal roofing by two different manufacturers. The project's two largest buildings - the 10,000 sq. ft. agricultural building/barn and 14,000 sq. ft. exhibition hall - were constructed with pre-engineered metal building systems by American Buildings Co. Along with the framing, American supplied the 24-gauge Standing Seam II metal roofing and metal wall panels used on each. The metal roofing used on the project's numerous support buildings was manufactured by McElroy Metal.
