Time and object experience are mutually constitutive. Derived from the Greek "kairos" in the sense of Gadamer's successful encounter, time experience is constituted as "just now" and "now no longer". Also Bion's primal scene of thinking shows: "no breast!" the interweaving of the experience of time and object. Three clinical vignettes are used to illustrate how these figures of transference separation from the object as another is cancelled and thereby the experience of ongoing time. It could be that the clinical work must anticipate that the accelerated modernity promises to overcome the experience of time and object. To have experience of time and object today might not be the precursor but the result of analytical work.
