摘要

A separation and extraction procedure for the determination of radium-226 in environmental samples using di(2-ethylhexyl) orthophosphoric acid resin (HDEHP) was developed. Radium was pre-concentrated on the resin using 2mM HNO_3. Desorption of radium, strontium, barium, lanthanum, cerium, neodymium, yttrium, molybdenum, tungsten, lead, and bismuth under different HNO_3 molarities showed that separation between lanthanoids, transition and alkaline earth metals is possible using appropriate nitric acid molarity. The maximum capacity of radium-226 for a column made of 0.7 g of HDEHP was calculated to be 4.5 ng at a flow rate of 1 ml min~(-1). Radium contained in uranium ores and biological samples was pre-concentrated using the procedure developed and analysed by collision cell inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (CC-ICP-MS).
