Automated sprays transform roll seeding at new bakery

ASIMPLE piece of low-cost spray automation is helping Geary's Bakeries, one of Britain's best known craft bakers, to wet and seed its roll products five times faster, increasing throughput on the operation and raising product consistency by controlled spraying and seeding of every roll. Previously done manually by dipping, the process has been transformed - crucially by the introduction of an automatic modular spray and control system from Spraying Systems.
