摘要

Pizza isn't Italian. Well, that's not entirely true. Most historical food literature points to the Egyptians with their flat bread that they cooked in mud ovens. Not exactly a pizza but perhaps the basis for the idea. In reality the Italians probablytake the mantle. The good folk of Naples were the first to add tomato to their yeast-based flat breads resulting in the first real version of what we now know as a pizza.
