Not so long ago I was lucky enough to become a grandfather. My wife and I both love looking after our granddaughter. And when we do, we always make sure that she eats well. But all the care we take preparing her porridge amounts to nothing if the cereals it's made from contain toxic substances. It makes me realise just how important food safety is. And that is why I am pleased that so many people from all over the world have come to this forum to exchange knowledge and to talk about preventing and controlling mycotoxins in food.
