In order to broaden its markets and to continue to meet the needs of its customers,Vigier Cartonnages recently invested in a Visionfold,one of the latest generation of Bobst folder gluers,and the first installation of such a line anywhere in the world.The Lyon-based company specialises in manufacturing cartonboard,corrugated and plastic cases and was established ten years ago by Michel Vigier and his son Christophe,who runs the company today.The plant has been exclusively equipped with Bobst machines over the years,including an SP 102-EII Autoplaten~R press in 1998,a Domino 110 Mil folder-gluer in 1999,an SP 102-EII in 2001,and the new Visionfold 145 folder-gluer in 2008.
