Two schemes by Herzog de Meu-ron in the UK are facing uncertainty. Last week, the firm's ambitious design for a 45,000-seat stadium for Portsmouth Football Club with Sellar Property Group, was put on hold until as late as 2022.Now, the practice's plans for the country's tallest residential tower scheme - a London project (also for Sellar) dubbed Three Houses, revealed by BD in January - has also been delayed.
