Academic enrichment takes open debate

MY previous column discussed an article about Truth in Food's College Initiative program (Feedstuffs, Nov. 10). The initiative conducted a study that draws attention to the broad misrepresentation of agriculture within higher education and the ensuingramifications.It highlights an important breakdown occurring on campus that serves to undermine the discipline of agriculture and the academic pursuit of truth. Given the importance of the matter, an additional pass atthe issue is needed.
