Turning challenges into opportunities

Labor and environmental issues are just a couple of the challenges facing Ontario greenhouse growers, says Cole Cacciavillani, but C.F. Greenhouses is doing all it can to change challenges into opportunities. At a recent Flowers Canada (Ontario) Let's Discuss It session, roughly 50 people had the chance to tour the Cacciavillani's 300,000 sq. ft. bedding plant operation and learn first-hand how these growers are adapting to a rapidly changing industry.
