Norton in box seat to acquire Bullabulling

Established miner Norton Gold Fields Ltd is poised to take control of Bullabulling Gold Ltd after increasing its relevant interest in the Eastern Goldfields explorer to more than 40%. In the latest chapter of a prolonged takeover bid, Bullabulling Gold's two largest shareholders accepted an increased offer of 8c/share to effectively give the cashed-up Norton a controlling stake in the company.
