Harvest Pipeline Expands Eagle Ford Takeaway Capacity

Harvest Pipeline Co. announced May 23 that it's building a pipeline to deliver crude oil from the Eagle Ford shale play to an existing terminal on the Corpus Christi Ship Channel in Texas. "We are building a line with segments of 12 inches and 16 inches in diameter, with initial capacity of more than 100,000 barrels per day [b/d]," said Steve Jacobs, president of Harvest. "The line can be expanded to [between] 150,000 b/d and 200,000 b/d, depending on producer interest."
