Devon to Divest All of GOM, Int'l Assets; Focus on Onshore North America

Devon Energy Corp. plans to divest all of its holdings in the Gulf of Mexico and those international in a move to maximize its opportunities onshore North America, raising proceeds of US$4.5 billion to $7.5 billion.
