Iran and Pakistan will sign a final agreement on the Iran-Pakistan-India (IPI) pipeline project in April, local press sources in Iran reported Monday. Vahid Zaidifard, a senior official at the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) told Iranian press sources on the sidelines of the Gastech conference in Bangkok, that talks between Pakistan and Iran were almost complete.
