As our cities become clogged by cars, urban planners are realising the benefits of returning to public transport solutions. Many European cities are experiencing a renaissance in mass-transit systems. As part of this trend, SKF and its partners have been looking for ways to improve the performance and operating life and reduce the maintenance and operating costs for such systems.
