Way out west: ERM editor Sean Hannam goes on the road with Steve Tucker, Vivanco's sales executive for the South West

Steve has worked in the accessories market for 2,3 years. For the last seven years, he has been employed by Vivanco, but before that, he worked at Bandridge for 16 years. Steve is one of ten Vivanco reps and he has 110 accounts, 80 per cent of which he calls on once a month. In a year, he'll clock up about 30,000 miles, "I enjoy what I do - apart from all the travelling," he says, as we drive to our first call of the day - Hatchers department store in Taunton, Somerset, "Vivanco has such a wide range of products, so there's always something interesting," he enthuses.
