Bormioli Rocco has launched a range of pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging for the visually impaired using its method of Braille screen printing with a special transparent paint.During the initial phase of production, the pack is decorated according to the customers' specifications. Braille is then applied using a screen printing method. Since the varnish is transparent, the Braille inscription can be printed on top of other decorations applied to pharmaceutical and cosmetics bottles, says Bormioli.
