The facts:The applicant, born in 1955, was arrested on 20 January 1998. He was charged with a number of criminal offences, including conspiracy to commit murder. On 11 May 1998 the applicant was taken to remand centre no. 77/1. On 27 October Therefore the Court finds that the contested provisions must be considered to be justified on grounds relating to the protection of public health.
