摘要

Anomopoda embryos at various stages of their development were studied using a scanning electron microscope. The embryos were prepared with the use of lyophilization and air drying from liquid state. When the latter method is used, egg membranes, impeding the study of the embryo, envelop it and stick to it, and the surface structure of the embryo can be clearly seen. The structure of the late embryo dorsal organ in the representadves of different Anomopoda families and genera is found to be diverse.The results obtained open new vistas for the analysis of phylogenetic relations of species within the order Anomopoda. The origin of the carapace as a paired process of the posterior head part has been confirmed, as well as the similarity of the first and other limbs at early stages of embryogenesis.
