DESCRIPTION OF THE MALE SEXUAL CHARACTERS OF STENUS BROOKEIANUS ROUGEMONT, 1986 (COLEOPTERA: STAPHYLINIDAE, STENINAE)

The male of Stenus brookeianus Rougemont, 1986, from Borneo is described for the first time with figures of the aedoeagus.Stenus brookeianus was described on the basis of a single female from Brunei. A series of five specimens in the Oxford UniversityMuseum of Natural History taken more recently in Sabah now enables description of the male.
