TWISTING THROUGHA DUSTY LAND: STRI SUPPORTING FIFA AT THE 2014 WORLD CUP IN BRAZIL

Following on from our role as official sports turf consultants at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, STRI is thrilled to have been employed once again by FIFA to provide project management, undertake observation and conduct consultancy in advance ofthe 2014 Brazilian World Cup. Working closely with FIFA, STRI has been appointed in an advisory capacity to monitor the development of natural turf surfaces at both match stadia and training facilities, and to provide ongoing recommendations to FIFA. Weare working closely alongside existing Brazilian contractors, consultants and groundsmen to produce the finest quality pitches for the most important tournament in football's calendar.
