Gibson Energy Invests In Deepwell Energy Trust

With a minimum $4.20 million private placement, Gibson Energy ULC is participating with Deepwell Energy Services Trust, it was announced in mid-August.Deepwell, headquartered in Calgary, owns and operates three full-service waste management facilities in Alberta: Claresholm, Mayerthorpe and Grande Cache, as well as a waste water disposal facility in Rycroft. Deepwell also owns a 50% interest in a facility that is current expanding into a full-service waste management facility in the growing Bakken play in Saskatchewan.
