Once upon a time, not so very long ago, some people in suits working in 'financial institutions' screwed up the global economy by lending money they didn't have, to people who couldn't pay it back (no I don't understand that one either).The results, as we all know, were to have a wide ranging impact on the global economy, and golf (previously thought by some to be recession-proof) didn't escape.
